Every Trillium travel experience includes a complimentary consultation call, comprehensive itinerary design, complete travel booking and management, and 24/7 support.
Our Design Fees differ based on the complexity of your trip, as follows:
Single City/Destination Getaways: $750 per trip (up to four travelers)
Multi City/Destination Getaways: $1500 per trip (up to four travelers)
Group Getaways: Please inquire about Design Fees for your group trip, as it depends on the size of your group

Now, sit back and leave the rest to us. We’ll arrange all aspects of your travel experience, including flights, transfers, hotel, tours, restaurant and spa reservations, and more. Through our concierge service, we’ll also take care of all the “tiny” details that will truly personalize your escape, like making sure you have what you need in your room to relax upon arrival.

How soon do I need to reach out to Trillium to begin planning a trip?
It depends on the length and complexity of the trip. We know that for quick weekend getaways, you’re typically not planning things months in advance—so simply reach out to us as soon as you know you need an escape and we’ll swiftly turn around a tailored itinerary for you.
For longer journeys, especially those outside of the U.S., we recommend reaching out to us 6-8 months before you plan to travel; this will give you more options based on room, tour, and flight availability. Want to get away less than 6 months from now? Get in touch and we will see what we can do for you!
Do you charge a fee for your planning services?
Yes, we charge a Design Fee that covers our time crafting your itinerary, booking your travel components, and providing on-call support while you travel. Our Design Fee differs by travel type: $750 per trip for single-destination escapes, and $1500 per trip for multi-destination getaways. Please reach out for a custom quote for your group trip, as the Design Fee will depend on the size of your group.
